Each Thinkit contains everything you need to run a successful workshop with up to sixteen people (eg. two groups of eight participants). Multiple packs for people who run large workshops are also available.Contact us for information on pricing.
Each kit - which packs into one, easy-to-carry shoulder bag - contains:
- One lightweight shoulder-bag - individually hand-made using natural linen, with a water-resistant lining. The shoulder-bag can be folded up and placed inside another bag for ease of transport and storage.
- Two workspaces - pieces of highly durable, sustainably sourced felt; specially cut to shape to allow for easy folding, rolling and packing.
- Two laminated centrepieces - to form the centre or focus of the toolkit (the aim or title of the event is written here with erasable pens, which can be easily washed off using tap water). The centrepiece is attached to the felt with extra-strong Velcro.
- Sixteen laminated branches (allowing up to eight per workspace) - different topics or categories for discussion are written here.
- Generous bundles of colour-coded leaves and icons - over 2000 in total; used to record and organise people's thoughts and ideas. Leaves are supplied in colour-coded stuff-sacks for ease of use and transportation. Other tools are supplied in transparent containers; these include moveable icons and notecards to help raise and answer questions, prioritise information, highlight links and help make decisions - all of which can be customised to meet your specific needs.
- Twenty erasable pens - employing water-soluble ink that can be easily washed clean from the leaves and branches after use (involving a quick rinse under the tap).
- Two toolbelts to organise and set out the stuff-sacks of leaves, icons and pens during the workshop. The toolbelts can be attached to a chair or set on the table, and fold up to provide a neat way of carrying workshop materials.
- One workspace duffel-bag - so you can easily store and carry the rolled up workspaces at the end of an event, whilst keeping people’s ideas in place so you can work with them later.
- Ten laminated worksheets - clearly written and easy to follow instructions for using the kit (suitable for a broad public audience). We can also provide custom-made worksheets to meet your specific needs.
- An instruction manual, laminated and bound in a folder for ease of use (soon to be available in Adobe PDF format) - containing step-by-step instructions on setting up and using the kit, as well as ideas on how to approach different situations.
